It is a great honor to announce our 2024 TJFP Grantees!
We are completely astonished by the innovative, life-giving grassroots work moving in service to trans justice across the country. Our grantmaking team awarded $2.25 million dollars to 360 trans-led grassroots groups across the United States and U.S. territories! This year, we are welcoming in a new era of grantmaking and aim to fund as many groups as we can.
